You'll into the power of Breath and movement to release self-sabotaging and limiting thoughts/inner dialogue and create new inspired & empowering beliefs that lead to having the mindset of confidence/grit/resilience to take action and reach your goals. BREATHE & BELIEVE. Create an embodied energy to move through your daily feeling great. Also, practices like this are a perfect antidote to the constant connection to our phones--which make it easy to feel disconnected from self and further away from reaching your goals.
